These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Trizbit Private Limited ("PerksClub", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India, and you — a person who uses PerksClub to discover, save, and redeem perks, rewards, and offers from businesses. They govern your use of the PerksClub app and services. We serve people worldwide, and these Terms are written to apply globally.

By creating an account or using PerksClub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use PerksClub.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Trizbit Private Limited (incorporated in India), operating as PerksClub, provides the app and services that let you find and redeem perks offered by businesses. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and is part of your agreement with us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use PerksClub. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. PerksClub is not intended for children.

3. Your account

You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at legal@perksclub.tech if you think someone has used your account without permission.

4. Using PerksClub

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PerksClub to discover and redeem perks. You agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive, or to break any law;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our source code, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, or try to access it in an unauthorised way;
• use bots, scraping, or automated means to access or collect data without our permission; or
• misuse perks — for example fraud, abuse, reselling, or redeeming in a way a business's terms don't allow.

We may suspend or limit your access if you break these Terms or misuse the service.

5. Perks come from businesses, not from us

PerksClub is a platform where businesses offer perks, rewards, coupons, and deals. Those perks are provided by the business, not by PerksClub. The business — not us — is responsible for its perks, their terms, their availability, and for honouring them. Any issue, dispute, or transaction about a perk is between you and the business. We don't guarantee any perk, and we're not responsible if a business changes, withdraws, or fails to honour one. A perk may also have its own terms set by the business, which you should check.

Businesses may run programs on PerksClub — such as referral, loyalty, or other engagement programs. Each program's rules — who can join, any limits, and what benefits apply — are set by the business and shown in the program. A business may change its program, including benefit values, with effect going forward: changes don't remove benefits you've already earned, and they don't create entitlements for past activity (for example, a new bonus added after you've already passed its threshold doesn't apply retroactively). Taking part through fake or duplicate accounts, referring yourself, or otherwise abusing a program is misuse under §4.

6. Your content

If you post or submit anything (such as a review, rating, photo, or message), you keep ownership of it and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the service. You're responsible for what you submit, and it must not be unlawful or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. Fees

We don't charge you to use PerksClub today. If we ever introduce a paid feature, we'll tell you before any charge applies, and you can choose whether to use it. Businesses set the terms of their own perks (including the cost of anything you buy from them).

8. Our intellectual property

We and our licensors own PerksClub — the app, software, and all related intellectual property. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

PerksClub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any perk will be available or suitable for you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to PerksClub will not exceed US $100. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection or other mandatory laws of your country that cannot be limited by agreement — including anything about perks, which are the responsibility of the business that offers them.

11. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use PerksClub. You can stop and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk, or if we're required to by law — with notice where reasonable. On termination, your right to use PerksClub ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including §§5–6, 8–10, and 13) survive. We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we publish a new version and — because your acceptance is version-tracked — ask you to review and accept the current version before you continue using PerksClub. The date and version at the top show the latest.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first at legal@perksclub.tech so we can try to resolve it. As a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights under the law of your own country, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts — these Terms don't take those away.

14. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of PerksClub and replace any prior understanding on that subject. We may assign or transfer these Terms (for example to a successor); this won't reduce your rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. Questions and notices: legal@perksclub.tech.
